We are seeking a highly competent Deputy Productions Supervisor to join our team.
Position Description and Responsibilities
- Under the leadership of the Production Manager, he/she is responsible for presiding
over the overall work of the Department, organizing and supervising the
departmental staff to fully complete the work tasks within the scope of responsibility
of the Department. - Implementing the job responsibility system and work standards of the Department,
closely liaising with sales, planning, finance, quality and other departments, and
strengthening collaboration and cooperation with relevant departments. - Responsible for organising the preparation of annual, quarterly and monthly
production operations, equipment maintenance and safety and environmental
protection plans. - Completing statistical analysis of production in a timely manner, organizing regular
monthly meetings on production, and organizing timely implementation, inspection
and assessment. - Coordinating production schedules and completing orders with quality and quantity.
- Cooperate with the Engineering Department to participate in technical management
standards, production processes, and the validation of trial schemes for new products,
and arrange and organize trial production in a timely manner to continuously improve
the market competitiveness of the company’s products. - Responsible for preventive inspection of production equipment and reasonable
scheduling of equipment maintenance. - Reasonable scheduling of production operations to balance electricity use, save
energy, save product manufacturing costs and reduce production costs.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, qualification as a food engineer is an advantage
- Experience in manufacturing industry and manufacturing management,
- More than two years of working experience,
- Experience in food or food packaging is an advantage,
- Understand the safety requirements of food packaging.
- Participated in Quality and food safety system audit
- A strong sense of responsibility, care and diligence
- Strong organizational, management and communication skills.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English, Hungarian is a must.
Work Location: MAKO IPARI Industrial Park
Work Time: fully onsite without home office
