We are seeking a highly competent Sales Manager to join our team.

Position Description and Responsibilities

  • Engaging/Leading new customer validation, cooperating closely with other departments to ensure
    a smooth new customer on-boarding process.
  • Supervising the full operation flow managed by the sales team (customer set-up- artwork
    preparation – ATM/Order – Delivery – Payment). Provide necessary guidance and support to the
    team, especially in artwork preparation.
  • Leading sales team to manage daily deliveries, ensuring a smooth daily delivery to customers.
  • Defining yearly production plan and sales plans.
  • Discuss daily/weekly production planning with planner, having regular communication with
    customers on the fit between production and delivery.
  • Analyze rolling forecasts, orders, and actual deliveries, notice market changes and demand changes.
    Find measures to achieve sales target in changing market situation and report/share market
    changes/insights to Global Sales Director.
  • Regular communication with/on-site visit to customers/customer sites.
  • Follow up customer complaints and/or other temporary issues.
  • Follow up the monthly/yearly customer credit control.
  • Develop regional customers, optimizing customer profile with guidance from Global Sales Director.

Position Requirements

  • Work experiences in Sales or Sales&Operation Planning, preferably in process manufacturing
    company.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor sales performance and develop plans
    and strategies, with the ability to think fast and find flexible approach
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Customer oriented, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationship
  • High level of work commitment, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Have hands-on mentality, yet with leadership skills to evaluate team performance and provide
    coaching and mentoring when necessary.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system be an added value
  • Hungarian and English, Chinese is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Business travels required

Work Location: MAKO IPARI Industrial Park
Work Time: fully onsite without home office
