Position Description and Responsibilities
As Inventory controller You will be mainly responsible for:
• Assists with direct support to all departments in the plant via material handling.
• Facilitates the transportation of inbound and outbound shipments of products and materials.
• Reviews completed drayage tickets and bills of lading for completeness and accuracy prior to
distribution.
• Facilitates shipments of finished products and scrap.
• Follows all standard operating procedures for area of responsibility.
• Assists with reporting the inventory status of finished goods and packaging materials.
• Maintains good housekeeping in the warehouses and related areas
• Comply with relevant company and departmental safety regulations and wear protective labour
equipment when on duty.
• Strictly abide by the relevant systems of the company, supervise and implement the operating
instructions of the post.
• Maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Position Requirements
• Secondary school or above with at least 2 years of experience
• Ability to operate and functionally use a computer
• ERP system operation knowledge is a plus
• Strong sense of responsibility and justice, active, hard-working and durable
• Ability to follow instructions, attention to detail
• Fluency in written and spoken in English
Work Location: MAKO IPARI Industrial Park
Work Time: fully onsite without home office
