We are seeking a highly competent Financial Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the Finance Director from Head Quarter and the General Manager of our Hungary
company, the Financial Manager will play a critical role in managing the financial operations of the
company.
Position Description and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and financial regulations at company, local, state and
federal levels - Perform bookkeeping tasks and review bookkeeping to ensure accounting compliance with local
regulations. Prepare accurate financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements - Keep meticulous financial records and conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any
discrepancies - Accurately calculate taxes payable and make timely declarations. Help company to discover and
avoid tax risks, ensuring tax compliance with local regulations - Review funds payment documents, ensuring the safety and security of funds. Assist in finance
negotiations to achieve favorable financing conditions - Stay updated on current legislation related to finance and accounting practices
- Organize and supervise stock and fixed asset counting to ensure the safety and integrity of all assets
- Provide financial analysis, including cost analysis, to support decision-making process
- Assist management in budget preparation and conduct financial forecasts
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- At least 8 years of working experience in accounting
- Proficiency in SAP system preferred
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with current financial legislation and
taxation laws - Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and proficient skills in accounting software
applications - Excellent analytical abilities and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluency in Hungarian and English; proficiency in Chinese would be considered as an asset

Work Time: fully onsite without home office
